Braden and I first crossed paths in the Fall of 2019 in Savannah. I was visiting my close friends at SCAD when I accidentally hit his car in a parking garage. Panicked, I called my Dad, who told me to leave a note with my phone number.

A few days later, fate brought us together again. I went back to the same parking garage and saw Braden walking to his car. I flagged him down to confess that it was my note on his car. To my relief, he told me not to worry, and that he would call me later...

From then on, we kept running into each other around Savannah. And by early 2020, we were dating!

In February 2024, I moved to Dallas to be with Braden. And in February of 2025, he proposed to me on Doran Beach while on our trip to the Sonoma Coast.
